1. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Golden Axis, including one-time visual production packages, partnership visual production plans, custom product visuals, digital delivery, revisions, and customer support.

Golden Axis provides custom digital visual production services. Golden Axis does not sell physical goods through this service unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these policies. The customer’s continued submission of materials, approval of work, request for revisions, download of final files, or use of delivered visuals further confirms that agreement.

If the customer does not agree with these policies, the customer should not place an order, submit materials, or use Golden Axis services.

2. Service Scope & Creative Process

Golden Axis creates custom digital product visuals designed to improve the presentation of ecommerce listings, product pages, websites, marketing campaigns, advertising creatives, and social media content.

Services may include luxury lighting enhancement, background styling, visual presentation, ecommerce-ready image formatting, campaign-style product visuals, and related digital creative production.

2.1 Custom Digital Service

All Golden Axis visuals are custom digital services created based on the customer’s materials, product images, references, creative direction, and selected package or partnership plan, where applicable.

2.2 AI-Assisted Creative Production

Golden Axis may use AI-assisted tools, digital editing tools, creative direction, manual review, retouching, styling, and post-production techniques to create final visuals. Final results depend on the quality of the submitted product photo, the complexity of the product, the clarity of the customer brief, and the selected visual direction.

2.3 No Guaranteed Business Results

Golden Axis does not guarantee sales, conversion rates, ad performance, revenue, social media growth, engagement, search ranking, buyer behavior, or business results. Visuals are provided as creative digital assets and marketing support materials only.

3. Client Materials and Upload Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the product images, brand assets, logos, references, instructions, and information needed to complete the project.

3.1 Rights to Submitted Materials

By submitting any product photo, logo, brand material, trademark, packaging image, reference, or other asset, the customer confirms that the customer owns the material or has permission to use it for the requested project. The customer is responsible for any claim, dispute, copyright issue, trademark issue, privacy issue, or third-party complaint related to materials the customer submits to Golden Axis.

3.2 Product Photo Quality

Clear product images with good lighting, sharp focus, and visible product details produce the best results. Standard phone photos may be accepted, but low-quality, blurry, obstructed, poorly lit, distorted, or incomplete product images may limit the quality of the final visuals.

If a submitted product image is not suitable for the requested result, Golden Axis may request a replacement image or may continue using the submitted image with the understanding that final quality may be affected.

3.3 Customer Review Before Submission

Customers should review all submitted materials before uploading. Golden Axis is not responsible for delays, quality limitations, or additional work caused by incomplete submissions, incorrect files, missing product angles, unclear instructions, or customer changes after production has started.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Order Confirmation

Pricing is displayed on the website, invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written order confirmation at the time of purchase. Golden Axis may update pricing, packages, partnership plans, and service details at any time. Changes do not apply to already-paid orders unless the customer agrees in writing.

Payment is due before production begins unless Golden Axis approves different written payment terms.

An order is considered active only after payment is received and the customer submits the required project materials.

Golden Axis may pause or delay production if payment fails, payment is disputed, required materials are missing, or the customer does not respond to required project questions.

5. Delivery and File Access Policy

Completed visuals are delivered digitally. Delivery may be made through Google Drive, email, customer portal, platform message, file transfer link, or another digital delivery method selected by Golden Axis.

After the customer submits product photos and project details, Golden Axis will review the submission and email the customer with the scheduled production start date.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days once the project enters production. Revision turnaround is typically 2–3 business days once the revision round begins.

Delivery timelines may be affected by package size, client response time, late submissions, revision requests, product complexity, image quantity, and production schedule.

Final approved image files are delivered watermark-free as high-resolution PNG files unless otherwise stated. JPG versions can be provided upon request.

Customers are responsible for downloading and saving delivered files. Golden Axis may store project files for a limited period but does not guarantee permanent file storage.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Golden Axis may delete project files, drafts, uploads, and delivered files after 60 days from final delivery or account inactivity.

6. Revision and Eligible Refinement Policy

Golden Axis separates eligible revisions from new image requests. A revision improves the same image within the original product, product photo, concept, and creative direction. A new image request creates a different visual, concept, product direction, or additional variation.

6.1 One-Time Package Revisions

One-time packages include up to two included revision rounds per project unless the applicable package, invoice, or written agreement states otherwise.

A revision round means the customer provides clear feedback in one organized request, and Golden Axis makes reasonable eligible adjustments to the same delivered images within the original creative direction.

6.2 Partnership Plan Revisions

3-Month Visual Partnership plans include up to four included revision rounds per monthly batch unless the applicable plan, invoice, or written agreement states otherwise.

Included revision rounds do not mean unlimited new concepts, unlimited new product images, unlimited new image variations, or unlimited changes outside the original creative direction.

6.3 Eligible Revisions and Refinements

  • Lighting adjustments
  • Color tone or warmth adjustments
  • Minor realism fixes
  • Background or styling refinements within the same creative direction
  • Product placement or framing adjustments
  • Small detail corrections
  • Presentation improvements based on the same product image and original concept

6.4 Requests That Count as New Images

  • Using a new product photo or different product angle
  • Changing to a completely new scene or campaign direction
  • Requesting multiple alternate concepts from one image credit
  • Replacing the original approved creative direction with a new direction
  • Requesting additional final image variations beyond the package or plan allowance
  • Creating new visuals after the project has already been accepted or closed
  • Reworking a project because the customer submitted the wrong product image, wrong logo, wrong reference, or incomplete instructions

Golden Axis reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies as an eligible revision, eligible refinement, new image credit, add-on service, or new project based on complexity, production time, and whether the request stays within the original creative direction.

Customers should submit revision feedback clearly and in one consolidated message whenever possible. Scattered, unclear, contradictory, or repeated feedback may delay turnaround time.

7. Project Acceptance Policy

A project, image, or delivery is considered accepted when any of the following occurs:

  • The customer approves the delivered visual in writing.
  • The customer publishes, uses, shares, distributes, or otherwise commercially uses the delivered visual.
  • The customer does not submit eligible revision feedback within 5 business days after delivery.
  • The included revision rounds have been completed and final files have been delivered.

Downloading delivered files solely for review does not by itself waive the customer’s remaining eligible revision rights.

After acceptance, additional changes may require a new image credit, add-on fee, or new project purchase.

If the customer becomes unresponsive, fails to provide required materials, or fails to provide feedback for more than 14 days, Golden Axis may place the project on hold. If the customer remains unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned, and payments remain non-refundable.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Golden Axis provides custom digital visual production services. Because time, creative direction, production work, editing, and digital processing begin shortly after an order is placed, refunds are limited.

8.1 Before Production Starts

If the customer requests cancellation before production begins, Golden Axis may approve a refund at its discretion, minus any processing fees, administrative costs, or non-refundable platform fees.

8.2 After Production Starts

Once production has started, the order becomes non-refundable except where Golden Axis approves a partial credit or partial refund in writing. Production may include preparing creative direction, generating drafts, editing, retouching, styling, or creating visual concepts.

8.3 After Delivery

Delivered custom digital visuals are non-refundable. If the customer is not satisfied with a delivered visual, the proper remedy is to submit eligible revision feedback within the revision window. Refund requests based only on preference, change of mind, new creative direction, buyer remorse, or failure to read the service details may be denied.

8.4 Non-Refundable Situations

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • The customer submits low-quality, incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorized materials.
  • The customer requests a new creative direction after production has started.
  • The customer delays the project by failing to provide materials, access, feedback, or approval.
  • The customer publishes, shares, distributes, uses, or otherwise commercially uses delivered visuals.
  • The customer expected guaranteed sales, ad results, engagement, or business performance.
  • The customer requests work outside the purchased package, partnership plan, or agreed scope.

8.5 Service Credits

At its discretion, Golden Axis may offer a service credit, partial credit, additional eligible refinement, or replacement visual instead of a refund. Any credit must be approved in writing and may have an expiration date.

9. Partnership Plan and Commitment Policy

The 3-Month Visual Partnership Plan is a commitment-based service covering three consecutive monthly production periods. The plan includes the image allowance, revision rounds, priority production, and ongoing visual support stated at checkout or in the written order confirmation.

9.1 Monthly Image Allowance

The plan includes up to 120 final visuals per monthly production period unless the checkout page, invoice, or written agreement states otherwise. Unused monthly image allowances do not roll over, carry forward, transfer, or create a refund or service credit.

9.2 Payment and Activation

The plan fee is due according to the checkout page, invoice, or written agreement. Unless installment terms are separately approved in writing, full payment is due before production begins. The plan becomes active after payment is received and the customer submits the required project materials.

9.3 Monthly Scheduling and Customer Delays

Each monthly batch is scheduled based on production availability and the customer’s timely submission of product images, instructions, feedback, and approvals. Customer delays do not automatically extend the partnership term or move unused monthly image allowances into a later month unless Golden Axis agrees in writing.

9.4 Early Cancellation

The plan is a three-month commitment. Early cancellation does not create a right to a refund, service credit, or release from any approved payment obligation for the remaining term unless Golden Axis approves an exception in writing.

9.5 Completion and Renewal

The plan does not automatically renew. After the three-month term ends, the customer may purchase a new partnership plan or accept a separate renewal offer from Golden Axis. Renewal pricing, image allowances, service terms, and production schedules may differ from the previous plan.

9.6 Plan Changes and Add-Ons

Additional visuals or expanded services may be purchased as add-ons. Any upgrade, downgrade, pause, transfer, or other plan change must be approved in writing by Golden Axis.

10. Commercial Usage Rights

After full payment is received, the customer receives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, resize, crop, and reasonably adapt the final delivered visuals for the customer’s own product listings, ecommerce store, website, advertising, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand presentation.

The customer may provide final delivered visuals to its employees, contractors, advertising agencies, retailers, marketplaces, printers, and service providers solely for the customer’s own business and marketing purposes.

The customer may not sell, sublicense, license, distribute, or offer the final delivered visuals as standalone stock assets, templates, digital downloads, editable resources, or creative assets for unrelated third parties.

Commercial usage rights apply only to final delivered visuals. They do not include rejected drafts, unused concepts, behind-the-scenes files, prompts, working files, templates, source files, editable production files, internal documents, or production systems unless Golden Axis provides written permission.

Golden Axis retains all rights in its creative process, production methods, prompts, editing systems, templates, workflows, drafts, and non-final concepts. Any copyright assignment or transfer of ownership must be expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement.

Golden Axis may use final delivered visuals only as permitted under Section 11. Golden Axis will not license the customer’s branded final visuals to unrelated third parties as standalone stock or template assets.

The customer remains responsible for ensuring that its use of the final visuals complies with the rules of any marketplace, platform, advertising account, ecommerce website, or regulated industry where the visuals are used.

11. Portfolio, Confidentiality, and Marketing Use

Golden Axis may use completed visuals, before-and-after examples, project samples, and non-sensitive customer results for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, advertising, and sales presentation purposes unless the customer requests confidentiality in writing before production begins.

If the customer requires private, confidential, white-label, or non-public work, the customer must request this before production begins. Golden Axis may approve confidentiality requests in writing and may charge an additional fee for private production or restricted portfolio use.

Golden Axis will not intentionally disclose sensitive business information, private customer files, or confidential materials outside the purpose of providing services, operating the business, or complying with law.

12. Reviews, Testimonials, and Advertising Claims

Customers may leave honest reviews based on their actual experience with Golden Axis. Golden Axis does not require customers to leave only positive reviews and does not ask customers to make false statements.

Golden Axis may request feedback, reviews, testimonials, or permission to use customer comments. If any discount, free service, bonus, or incentive is provided in exchange for a review or testimonial, the customer must disclose that connection wherever required by applicable law or platform rules.

Customers may not submit fake reviews, reviews written by people who did not use the service, misleading testimonials, or claims that misrepresent the results of the service.

13. Privacy Policy

Golden Axis may disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce policies, respond to disputes, prevent fraud, protect rights, or provide evidence to payment processors in connection with chargebacks or claims.

Golden Axis uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, and Golden Axis cannot guarantee absolute security.

13.6 Data Retention and Deletion

Golden Axis keeps customer information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Project files may be deleted after 60 days from final delivery or account inactivity unless a different retention period is agreed in writing.

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting [email protected]. Golden Axis may need to retain certain records for payment, tax, fraud prevention, legal, dispute, or business record purposes.

13.7 California Privacy Rights

Where applicable law provides such rights, California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information and may request information regarding how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed. Where applicable, residents may also have the right to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.

Golden Axis does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. Depending on the analytics or advertising tools used on the website, certain disclosures may be considered “sharing” under applicable privacy law. Golden Axis will respond to verified privacy requests and legally valid opt-out preference signals as required by applicable law. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

13.8 Changes to This Privacy Policy

Golden Axis may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Revised policies will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, Golden Axis may also provide notice of material changes by email or through a prominent website notice.

13.9 Children’s Privacy

Golden Axis services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. Golden Axis does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If Golden Axis learns that such information was collected, it may take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. Prohibited Uses and Service Refusal

Golden Axis may refuse, pause, or cancel service if a customer request is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, unsafe, infringing, fraudulent, impossible to complete within the purchased scope, or inconsistent with Golden Axis policies.

  • Requests involving stolen, unauthorized, or infringing product images, trademarks, logos, or brand materials
  • Requests that misrepresent a product, business, customer review, endorsement, or advertising claim
  • Requests involving illegal products, fraudulent businesses, impersonation, deceptive claims, or abusive conduct
  • Repeated attempts to avoid payment, abuse revisions, bypass image credits, or file bad-faith disputes
  • Threats, harassment, hate speech, or abusive communication toward Golden Axis or its representatives

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Golden Axis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages related to use of the service, including lost sales, lost revenue, lost ad spend, lost platform access, marketplace rejection, account suspension, customer dissatisfaction, or business interruption.

Golden Axis’s total liability for any claim related to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order or billing period giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

16. Dispute and Chargeback Procedure

Golden Axis is committed to resolving legitimate customer concerns fairly. Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, the customer agrees to make a good-faith effort to contact Golden Axis and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue through eligible revisions, replacement delivery, service credit, or another appropriate solution. Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot legally be waived.

16.1 Informal Dispute Process

  • The customer should email [email protected] with the order number, project name, issue summary, supporting information, and requested resolution.
  • Golden Axis will review the issue and may request screenshots, examples, clarification, or additional project information.
  • If the issue qualifies as an eligible revision, Golden Axis will process the revision under the applicable revision policy.
  • If the request is outside scope, Golden Axis may offer a quote, new image credit, service credit, or paid add-on option.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, Golden Axis will provide a final written decision based on these policies and the project record.

16.2 Chargebacks

If a customer files a chargeback after Golden Axis has provided services, started production, delivered files, or offered eligible revisions, Golden Axis may provide the payment processor with order records, checkout agreement evidence, uploaded materials, production records, delivery links, timestamps, customer communication, revision history, and these policies.

Bad-faith disputes, chargebacks filed after commercial use of delivered visuals, or disputes filed without a good-faith effort to resolve the issue may result in loss of future service access, cancellation of active projects, suspension of delivery, and collection of amounts lawfully owed. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, submitting product images or brand assets, requesting revisions, approving deliverables, downloading final files, or using Golden Axis visuals, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Golden Axis provides custom digital visual production services, not physical goods.
  • Final results depend on the quality of customer materials and clarity of instructions.
  • Refunds are limited once production starts and delivered custom digital visuals are non-refundable.
  • One-time packages include limited revision rounds, and partnership plans include limited revision rounds per monthly batch within the original creative direction.
  • New product images, new concepts, complete scene changes, and additional variations may count as new image credits or paid add-ons.
  • The customer owns or has permission to use all submitted materials.
  • Golden Axis does not guarantee sales, ad performance, conversion rates, or business results.
  • Projects may be considered accepted if no eligible revision request is submitted within 5 business days after delivery.
  • Customers agree to make a good-faith effort to contact Golden Axis and allow a reasonable opportunity to review the issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

18. General Terms

18.1 Governing Law and Venue

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in the county where Golden Axis maintains its principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18.2 Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence

These policies, the applicable checkout page, invoice, proposal, order confirmation, and any written agreement between Golden Axis and the customer constitute the agreement governing the purchased services. If a conflict exists, a separately signed written agreement controls first, followed by the applicable invoice or checkout terms, followed by these policies. General marketing statements do not override specific written service terms.

18.3 Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these policies is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Golden Axis’s failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

18.4 Force Majeure

Golden Axis is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including platform outages, internet or utility failures, natural disasters, government actions, illness, labor disruptions, payment processor interruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.

18.5 Electronic Communications and Business Authority

The customer consents to receiving project, billing, policy, and service communications electronically. A customer purchasing on behalf of a business represents that the customer has authority to enter into the agreement and bind that business.
